Director of Consultant Services
Vera Pell
Evergreen Learning Designs
neok.consultant.directory@gmail.com

Vera is an experienced learning professional with over 24 years in the industry delivering elite custom learning solutions to Fortune 500 companies from all over the world. Her strategies have been used by corporations in media, telecommunications, transportation, financial services, information services and energy services and featured in numerous publications and online entities.

Vera owns Evergreen Learning Designs, a consulting service designed to partner with forward-thinking companies to improve organizational and employee long term performance through green learning solutions. The business position is unique. Vera works as a thought-catalyst with executive management who care about their organizations. These strategic conversations can result in mind-shifts on how to support increasingly complex work with cost effective green learning programs.

An eternal traveler, Vera was a military "brat" born in rural Vermont (the "Green Mountain" state), raised in Seattle, Washington (the "Evergreen" state), and finally settled in a golf course community in beautiful Broken Arrow, Oklahoma ("Green Country") where she lives with her military husband and 2 Shelties. A long time follower of Feng Shui, Vera noticed that the color "green" kept popping up in her locations so it was incorporated into her business. Green is the color for growth, renewal and new beginnings, and the upward energy of opportunity - hence the name of Evergreen Learning Designs and green learning solutions.

A NEOK ASTD member since 2010, Vera also serves on the board of the Tulsa Air National Guard Retiree Association where she has had a volunteer relationship for over 20 years.
